The greatest thing the school gave me is the confidence that I use in my business across the world. One of the tall Nilgiris that you see behind the old school building was a small sapling planted by me along with my classmates. Every day all of us would save the last sip of water from our bottles for the sapling to save it in the baron land. Little had we thought that the sapling will grow so tall one day. I am also proud to be the first Head Boy of this school when the system originated!! I owe it to my school!!

was a crude and raw child who never had any idea of the strong foundation the school had built for me. I realized this when I was exposed to international platform. I owe it to my wonderful teachers and colleagues who shaped me in the person that I am today. I have been engaged in social entrepreneurship since two decades through my units namely Horizon group, Alligo Agrovet and Dharti with corporate office in Nasik and plants in Dindori area. I have completed engineering from VJTI and MBA from Pune University. I left job and established my own agrochemical business. I exported grapes, pomegranates and onion to Germany, Russia, South-East Asia and gulf. My unit became chemical supplier throughout India within three years without prior experience. I won patents for organic fungicide and larvicide. Dharti foundation looks after education and welfare of the children of farmers who committed suicide

At the recent reunion of ex-students , I could sense the emotional bond with the school ,with the teachers and so with the management even after so many years. Furthermore, I got a golden opportunity to reconnect with the school friends and now a fine network has been established . All thanks to the enormous efforts of the school team to bring everyone of us closer to our roots. Myself, would definitely like to revisit my school time and again. May BESt always be the portal of learning that continues to have its nurturing and significantly positive impact on all those who enters its doors! Cheers to a very fine school, one that has empowered its students to embark on a life with success and happiness. No wonder , one could sense the vibes of achievements in the surrounding air at the time of an 'Alumni - Meet" . It was an absolute pleasure, to see so many doing so well in almost all walks of life.
